    Hi,

    You can use Unite forms content plugin to embed the form into the custom HTML module

    Hi Support, 


    There is nothing showing under plugin options in Plugin Manager. 

    I click on Extensions - Plugins - Unite Forms Plugin but plugin options is empty. How do I go about this please?

    Hi,

    edit your form and you should be able to see a shortcode which you need to use in the Custom HTML content
