Please see the homepage slideshow has a video in one of the slides. recently the video now shows a Full Screen not available message. Do we need to install latest version of Unite Revolution SLider to fix this and is this a simple reinstall over the top and we wont lose any slides or settings?
if video shows the message that Full screen is not available then it just means that the owner of the video disabled that functionality in the video settings and I am afraid that there is nothing you can do about it to change it

no, I am afraid that you can't just upgrade to the latest version of Revolution slider. You will have to recreate sliders because version 2.x and 4.x are not compatible
