we would need to see the issue in order to fix it. There are multiple reasons why slider won't work and there is no general solution

I installed it on the site and it seems to have updated but it is still not displaying on firefox?

You have an issue with the "System - AnimateIt!" Joomla plugin but also with some kind of caching
I tried to disable that plugin but it is still loaded somehow on the site. That is why I say that you also have an issue with some kind of caching
You will need to check this in order to solve the issue
