    Hello,

    Clear Ubuntu 16.04 + LAMP + Joomla 3.6 + revolution_slider4.6.8 (from template of http://templaza.com)

    Then trying import sample of slide have error:

    Error: Wrong export slider file format! This could be caused because the ZipArchive extension is not enabled.

    What the problem?

    Hi,

    Please update your Revolution slider to the latest version which can be download from UniteCMS website

    updated to revolution slider 4.7.3 b1

    same error

    can you confirm that you have ZIP support installed and enabled in PHP?

    Hi,

    export from the older version of Slider doesn't work because older versions due to the bug in the code generated wrong ZIP file. Only exports from the newer version and import in newer versions should work without the issue
