I have a slider set up to cycle through twice then stop on slide 1. Works fine in Chrome, but just keeps on cycling in FF (after a while, it forces the fans to come on, too, so there is a performance cost).
Must be a FF memory management thing.... I quit FF and blew away the cache. Relaunched. Worked.
Then hard-reloaded, let it play a couple slides, then selected another tab. When I came back, the slider continued playing (I waited for the fans to come on) then toggled back to the tab with rev slider. It was on slide 3 (out of 5) and it played two cycles from that point (stopping on 4).

Hi,
I am afraid that we can't fix FF itself. As you concluded already, this is strictly FF issue and not the issue of our extension
