Even when I set my header on z-index: 1300 en the arrows on z-index: 5, on mobile and tablet devices the still stay visible over the header when scrolling. Never had that problem before. Cleaned browser- and Joomla cache, that will not help.

I cleared browsers and Joomla many times. I still see the problem. Just downloaded firefox on mobile which has no history on my iPhone. Still the same (sse attachement).

I use the component a lot and never had this issue.

Just tried my wifes phone, never visited the site with that phone, has the same problem.

So you don't see the problem on your devices?

This works. Strange thing is that I never had to do this. Is there something new in version 4.7.1 because this is the first I use this version? Always used 4.6.98 and lower.
