Almost each time I’m upgrading this slider, each time the slider stop sliding. Each time I waist a lot of time to play with the settings to make it work, but this time it still not sliding. I was going to use your product for all my web sites ( I produced them) but I will probably have to choose another one that have more stability. Real Sad, as the slider itself is great. (Joomla 3.5.1 - Last slider version)
this is normal situation since each version of slider contains newer versions of JS. In case you have caching enabled on the website, JS are taken from the cache and not fresh from the installation.
We have large number of members and occasionally they report issues which we solve in no time
