If you then access the HTTPS site: https://www.pyrahealth.com/ then the Nivo Slider files, slide images, and jquery files are still trying to load through HTTP. Slideshow doesn't work, instead images make a curtain down the page.
If I then clear the site's cache, the HTTPS slideshow works... although jquery URL is still HTTP.
I am having this same problem. I thought it was related to akeeba admin tools but I added an exception and its still not working. Any ideas on how to fix? Or were you @Scot able to get this resolved?

Installed 2.1.2 and it still behaves the same.
