I use for the header pictures of my website the revolution slider. This way the header picture is responsive but it seems to need a long time to load. What settings do you suggest for a single picture? I tried already a lot but the pictures are still fading in and the slider takes its time.

the image is 200kb so it takes some time
u can save it in photoshop in medium quality and it will weigh 100kb so it will take half the time
