I am having problems with your unit "Forms" - getting an "Ajax Error!!!error" message after sending data (please have a look at the attached picture). The website using the component is: http://neu.sola-muensterland.de/#block6. The used version is Joomla 3.4.8.
It would be fine, if you could provide a solution for this problem or give a hint to go somewhere else. Beside this, the same unit is working properly on another server. If you need more info, let me know...
