I've submitted a private ticket but no response as of 2 days later. I need urgent help figuring out how to add this slider extension onto my Joomla admin page.
It always gives me the error shown in the first image, and it seems to show that the revolution slider is available in the Module Manager, but when I open it the formatting is haywire and there is no option to save changes, or add images or various other things. There is an image provided for what this looks like as well.
I am becoming frustrated with this company, since I paid money for what has turned out to be a failed installation with no technical support so far.
Hi. It\'s weird. Please try to uninstall and install the component again. If it will go wrong again, please give me your joomla access, I\'ll try to do it myself.
