    Hi,

there is a problem with the touch function. When I enable touch, I can vertically slide between the slides, but the link on the slide doesn't work anymore. Is there a fix or an update for this issue?

    Best wishes, Malik

    Hi,

a conflict with another module/script was my first idea. There is a test page with no other module running.
Its also interesting, that there is a small border around \"the background\" which is clickable. If you disable
touch, a layer link and a slide link is working. Enabled both links have no function anymore.

    Hi,

it\'s a great really great slider and 25$ dollars are a good price for what we get.
But... so we have to pay for getting a bug fixed. Don\'t understand me wrong: We often
use Joomla for our customers and we will buy the new version for upcoming pages.
But for a \"fully responsive slider\" sliding and clicking a slider is basic.

    Best wishes,
    Malik

    Hi,

now I\'ve installed the new version. But... the existing sliders are still connected to the old version.
Can you tell me how to fix this?

    Hi,

and now there is another problem. I made an export of one of the sliders. Then I imported it into a new slider (with the new version). Now every page that it is included is just a white page. Please contact me soon as it is a project for a customer.

    Hi,

the problem with the white page is solved. Rev Slider V1 and V2 should not be on the same page. But there are still two problems. First the import of the old sliders into the new version doesn\'t work and second: When touch is enabled the links have no function on mobile. Same problem like in V1.

HI. I forgot to tell you. The 2 versions are not so compatible. It would be the best if you could just create the sliders as new in the new version and don\'t use old version at all. and it can\'t work on the same page 2 versions old and new.

I know that it\'s a bit frustrating to work with, but it\'s the way it works, sorry.

    Hi,

in the test slider touch is not enabled. For this reason the link works. Same behaviour like in my sliders. Can you please enable touch so we are able to check it. I am not sure if I understand you right... if it doesn\'t work i have to accept this bug?
And what do you mean with: \"all that we left to do is wait to themepunch to release a new version\"? Your advice was to buy the new version to get this bug fixed. I did. And who is the developer of the slider? Themepunch or UniteCMS? Really, I would like to stop this email ping-pong and find a solution for this. If you can\'t help me, please find someone who can. In the past I worked in a support team as well and I know what is happening here.

    Best wishes,

    Malik

    Hi,

I know that troubleshooting is not easy in this case, but my problem is, that it is a live system and the whole navigation is based on the sliders. I saw in the source code, that touch is enabled in the test slider, but something is different because I can\'t slide. Neither on my mobile nor in emulation mode in the browser. I discovered, that there is a little space like the border of the slider where clicking is possible even when touch is enabled. Looks like the \"button for sliding\" lays over the \"click button\" when touch is enabled. Did you try your test slider on a mobile? Are you able to slide and click there?
