Your tool is realy help. But I not understanding logic how it works. What I was doing there: button where need choose "enable jQuery replacement" - I was set "no" and choose jQuery version 1.8 and it start working correctly. Before when I switching between all version jQuery with turned on "jQuery replacement" it was not working.

after updating cms Joomla 3.3 at new version 3.4 stopped work ccollapsing at menu items. I was trying turned on "non conflict moddde" - not result
BUT if I turned off "include jQuery 1.8 js" slider all doesn't work
if turned on this function working with problem.
now at site install default slider for good view, but wanted use Nivo slider- it's better
