When the shadow is enable, it actually falls outside the area reserved for the slider. My common position for the slider is just below the header and before the breadcrumbs. If I enable the shadow it covers up the breadcrumbs and I need to insert a transparent spacer to push the breadcrumbs down so they can be seen.
Yep I know how to do that too thanks. My point is, other sliders I've used it does that automatically. I guess it could be a feature being able to do it manually. Just catched me every time.

you can also add margin bottom via css if you need help i can show u if u give me a link
