2. An img element must have an alt attribute, except under certain conditions. For details, consult guidance on providing text alternatives for images.
If I buy this extension, we will be able to solve these problems?
#2 Is fixable as described. #1 is not - that is a flaw in the base script we use (we did not write that part, and can not change that. So if 100% validity is critical for you then I must admit that the tile gallery isn't a perfect solution in that case.

Thumbnail images are generated each time you access to the server? Or they are generated once and are in a specific folder on the server? The fact that I have a limited server resources: max_execution_time = 60. Hi. the alt attribute is the image titles. You can do view source to the page with the gallery and check. Is it ok for you?
Yes you are right. Just plugin for browsers - SEOquake shows me information about what attribute alt is not set. Maybe something is wrong with the plugin itself.
