I purchased unlimited elements, i did not have the free plugin installed prior to installing the pro version. I can't activate the plugin. No option in settings and I am not permitted access on the 'account' tab.
How to activate?
Update: The pro version zip file finally did install and it generated a popup that said it was successfully activated - however all of the 'pro' widgets and features are still locked and redirect me to your site for another payment.
