We have refreshed the connection (removed and added again) with the instagram feed widget but still not working actually since last year November.
This is very unprofessional and causing a lot of problem because we installed th plugin to our all landing pages and now we have to remove and add a new plugin or ... wait? But how many month, weeks, years yet?
the issue with the Instagram widget is not because of us. Meta has changed some rules for the developers, and we waited for so long for them to approve our integration
Our developers informed me that this should be resolved now
Can you try to update the plugin and widget to the latest version and try to activate it?

Hi, we updated the plugin but it is not possible to update the widget. how would you do that?
We have created a new page with the widget but the page is blank and the old pages with the widget still not show the instagram feed.

you can't update the widget directly
You have to delete it first
After that, install it again and all should be good
