    You guarantee this on your website:"...will refund 100% of your money if you are unhappy..."
    To check out I am forced to withdraw from my rights as an EU citizan which is a real 14 days no questions refund. But the 30-day refund policy ist not the one of Unlimeted Elements, Studio Keren Aga LTD. The accepted conditions by placing the order are the ones of fremius EULA & terms of service.
    They are far away from "unhappy" and "no questions". 
    I criticize this deception regarding the 30-day guarantee. But above all, it is not permitted in the EU to make the waiver of rights a condition for a sale.
    The only reason why I buy now is, because your product looks more trustworthy than freemius and I risk the price of a starter package in the confidence that I will upgrade later rather than seek a refund.
    Maybe you can mention in the FAQs that your 30-day guarantee overrules freemius and in fact extends the legal  EU 14-day cooling-off period.

    freemius is a platform for selling they don't decide if to refund or not. 

    its like stripe or Paypal its just a gateway 

    the decision to refund is from the author of the plugin.

    Here is "unhappy" no longer a reason for e refund. What criterias define "unusable"?

    What if I find out that the addon just does not meet my personal requierements?
    Or maybe I want to test it and compare it, which is the nature of a trial period, and find out it is good but second best.

    That's my point. Don't worry. I know 99% do not care about such details or can even get them, as long as in real life everything turns out fine.
