I just updated to the latest Revolution Slider and I now have a blank white screen when accessing from the admin area. We are getting a "Ajax Error" when editing slides so I updated to the latest and now I get a blank white screen.
Please first go to the revolution slider and try to edit one of the slides. You will notice the "AJAX Error" when saving. This is our main issue.
Then we tried updating to the latest to possibly solve the AJAX error but only got a blank screen.
This site is running on an IIS windows server, we do not have the AJAX Error issue on our Apache build server, however, we do have the blank screen update on the Apache server. Our IT department just took over the site loading onto their servers, which unfortunately are Windows servers. I tried to convince them to go with linux, but they are very stubborn. So, hopefully you can help locate the problem so we can continue to use Revolution slider.
OK, after a little more testing, we found that by adding out IP addresses to the whitelist in RS firewall allowed us to edit the slider without that Ajax error. So there must have been a conflict with RS Firewall.
However, I tried to install the latest 4.6.5 b1 version and it still producing a blank screen when entering the admin/revolution slider menu. So I, reloaded the 4.5.95 b4 version and it's back online.

Yes, we still receive the "Ajax" error when editing slides.
Are you editing, or creating a slide.
Also did you try to update without getting the blank screen.
When we update, all we get is a blank screen and have to reload the old version.

We'll just continue to run this older version until we need to upgrade.
