I was having the same issue. I thought that I was doing something wrong. All you have to do is to put in your UR in that placeholder, right? And, since the link in Content Accordion, Slider Gallery and the others were working, I really thought that I messed up my Content Tabs. I was ready to give up, until I thought I check out the tickets and see if anyone else was having this problem. Thank goodness I wasn't the only one. I downloaded the zip file, imported it to overwrite, and now my links are working. All I can say is Whew!!

So the file provided works to resolve the link issue but anything else using javascript isn't fixed. For example, I'm using Copy to Clipboard widget from Dynamic.ooo and the button doesn't work in the Content tabs but works everywhere else (see video).
