I'm an amateur. I'm making a site with Elementor at the request of a friend.
I would like to create a page like the central part of this site (https://hugmug.jp/snap). I want to be able to jump to the post page when I click on the image. I think that you can jump to the post by placing the image and adding the URL, I want to put a post instead of just putting an image (I just want to be able to display the featured image and the date).
The most recent post at the top, the second post in the top left of the center, and the third post next to it... I want to display 5 posts in chronological order. What should I do now.
With a little knowledge of html and css, I used to be able to create simple sites like those in the early 2000s. WordPress is a self-taught level for about half a year. It is also possible to create a simple website.
It's been a while since then, so I've almost forgotten about it. Therefore, I use Elementor to create the site.
I am Japanese. I do not understand English. So I tried using Post Blocks while translating. I would like to have a layout like the one above. I think that you can achieve the desired layout by specifying from Post Query>Post Source>Manual Selection>Seach And Select Posts. However, this method feels a little cumbersome. Ultimately, I plan to have a friend manage the home page. I don't think that friend is more amateur than me and can't do difficult work. So I would like to achieve the layout in a simpler way. Could you give me more advice? Thank you.
Thank you for your help.
