1.) At the mobile size, the split hero image doesn't flip (see image below). That is to say, I can't switch it so that the text is at the top and the image is below.
2.) If the device is slightly larger then the standard phone (say a pro) but smaller than a tablet, the split hero image changes to a broken tablet format instead of staying one over the other. (See image below)
I have attached the updated widget to fix the first issue. You can set Column Reverse for mobile size:
For the second issue, you can increase the value of Responsive Breakpoint in Content > Layout :
