    Hello,

    I have incorporated Logo Marquee with 9 logos, with Autoplay Hover Pause activated, 12 margin between items, speed of 5000. This was working fine up until around 2 weeks ago. Now whenever I visit the page of the site my 9 logos appear, the rotation starts on time, but from the 2nd logo and the next 5-7 show up as loading circles, then all load at the same time. I have tried this with similar results in chrome, edge and firefox, on different internets and devices.

    Hello Milad, I can answer your questions if you may.

    First of all, you're right, you can upload the plugin through 'Add new' button on the plugins page. After that you can just follow the instructions and click "Replace plugin with uploaded". You don't have to do anything with your widgets, all the settings will remain. And this version won't clash with your existing version.

    After updating the plugin your Logo Carousel widget should work without any issues.

    Hi Denys,

    Thanks for your response. I have replaced the plugin with the one Max provided. The Logo Marquee is still having the same loading issue.

    What else can I try?

    you're right, I see that the issue still remains. Would you mind providing us admin access to your website so I could check what causes the issue from inside?

    Yes, it's totally secure. By the way, I think you can create an admin access without email. But if you still need email: [email protected]

    Hi, Milad , I'm happy to inform that I maneged to fix Logo Carousel, it is now working as it should. Basically we added support to Autoptimize plugin that you have on your website.

    Great, I'm glad I could help.

    All out future plugin version updates will have this fix / support of Autoptimize plugin. You can continue updating those plugins (but be aware that current version of Unlimited Elements does not have the fix yet - you have some sort of early access. UE plugin will be updated in a few days, so if any new version update of our plugin will release you can update it freely).

    You can also change any settings you want in Autoptimize plugin or our plugin, this will not affect the fix.

    And yes, you can remove the account you setup for us.
