Is there a way to modify the circle infographic so that there are two circles, and each can be rotated? I'd like to have viewers be able to rotate the circles so that different topics in inner and outer rings align. I've looked ALL over the internet for this capability, and can say with absolute certainty that it doesn't yet exist. However it would be such an incredibly useful visualization tool, and I'm certain it would be highly used if it existed. I'm looking to visualize my PhD research (ethical issues in climate services), and am so desperate for rotatable interactive rings to exist that I would pay you to develop this feature. Or, if one of your software engineers would like to earn some money on the side, I'd be happy to pay someone individually for a one-off job! Please let me know if either of these options are available. Thank you.
