    Dear Unite CMS team,

    I placed an order on 02/02/2023 on your site, but I didn't receive a bill.

    Please kindly send me an invoice showing the VAT.

    I asked for sending an invoice three times now in a private ticket, but have not received any answer.

    unfortunately, I did not receive an invoice, only an email with the order confirmation. It wasn't an attachment to the email. Please send me the invoice again, showing the VAT. Thanks!

    this is my last try now.
    To date I have received neither an invoice nor an answer to my posts. This is very unprofessional and unreliable. I will no longer use your products in the future, even if this time there is no rectification and no invoicing.
