1. How the topics widget called ? is it "post tabs" ? because I tested it and its per post, and I want it like a topic/category for all my posts
2. about the post widget I enabled " post filtering - " and under filter behavior Ive selected ajax , is that right ? even after enabling it when using the pagination widget It doesnt work for me, maybe Ive missed a step ?

How can I link the pagination element to the post blocks element so they will work in sync ?

The topics and pagination are sperate widgets you need to add
