It appears since the latest update of UEFE mobile menu widgets are not loading the selected menu (or any menu), I tried Fullscreen Menu, Liquid Full Screen Menu, and Side Menu. Using UEFE Version 1.5.42, WP 6.1.1, Elementor Pro 3.8.2, and Depicter, Call Now Button, Rank Math SEO, WP Mail SMTP and Widgets for Google Reviews (I deactivated all but Elementor & UEFE in testing). All effects work but a text error is shown saying 'Menu not selected'.
I have only just started using these widgets and the issue is on both sites I have the mobile widgets installed.
Hi Rob, I had the same problem on several websites. Strange thing is that in Elementor the menu is visible. But ont the frontend I got this message also. My solution for now is to switch to another menu and then back. For me this worked to solve this issue. It's a little bug which they will fix later i guess.
Many thanks Norman, that worked. I actually tried another menu which didn't work but I didn't try swapping back to the original menu.
My only concern is that it appears this breaks when you update the plugin, so on sites that you update the plugin on will need to be checked each time. Hopefully this can be addressed with the next update.
