Where are my private tickets, are they gone, and are they not answered??
I stated a private ticket as of 2022-08-02 with the request for an invoice for my purchase of the "Unite Slider" component. Since 3 months now, I didn't got any response from you. I wrote 4 mails over this period of time on several of your addresses with no response. I openend the mentioned ticket on the 2nd of August 2022 with no response!! I edited it also 4 times to push it back up to the top of the list, so that it isn't overseen, but obviously didn't help.
I only need an invoice nothing more. Maybe I should withdraw the credit card payment I think then I will be contacted by you the very next day?
I'm realy angry right now, this is not a poor customer response this is an absolut fail regarding your customer treatment.
Is anybody able to deliver me my invoice for the purchase from the 1st August 2022 with the user "[email protected]"?
