Unite slider doesn't support direct update using Joomla update manager. You can see that there is an update but you have to manually download and install the latest version from UniteCMS website
I am so sorry to be a pain. However, I have now visited UniteCMS website. I simply do not see an update anywhere, to the latest release.
The version I have, 5.0.16, shipped to me via Template Monster ~ as was packed inside their Template. After I installed their package, I resulted in an entirely new Joomla installation -- including UniteSlider and SP Page Builder Pro 3.7.4.
I think it is important that if they do an update for Joomla 4.x since a lot of sites use that component and it would be a shame to have to uninstall it.
The installed component for Joomla 3.x appears in the list of updates and always sends to the wrong address and this makes us as a customer not very favorable impression.
It would be good if they made the arrangements so that it can be updated in Joomla 3.x (so that the error does not continue to appear in Joomla 3.x) and it can also be updated for Joomla 4.x, there are many clients that DO use it.
I attach the erroneous code where the update directs us in Joomla 3.x
My Joomla site tells me 5.0.17 is available at this link

But the link shows a white page - no content.
When I go to your link you sent for getting the 3.8.6 Pro update (so I can put that onto 3.7.4 Pro) all I see is a link to Buy Now.

you have to log in to the UniteCMS (if you have valid subscription) and then download the latest update from your account page
