in the javascript console it says 'jquery conflict' but I've tried turning off all other plugins/components/modules and even switching themes and it doesn't work.

This site is in the process of an upgrade, the old revolution slider worked but kept getting 'stuck' on certain slides.
Hi. I sort it out. created a new slides with images. the slides of yours was without images and there was some problem with layer names so the strip tags function in admin.js stop working and it stuck the whole page. deleted the problematic slides and added new ones that works. also updated the slier to the new version.
I don't know, I didn't had an option to look what's wrong, I just created new slides. If it will happen again, please tell me. most of the chances then not.
