Hello suport and community. I hope you can help me with this error.

I'm trying to use the plugin Unlimited Elements, but the plugin didn't work. I'ts appering this error in the "Widget" option: 

"No widgets fetched from the API. Please check api connectivity from general settings - troubleshooting"

I already increased the site's storage limit size to 512M but the error keeps showing up.

When  i click in check API connectivity, these warnings appear:

Warning: file_get_contents(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

Warning: file_get_contents(): Failed to enable crypto

Warning: file_get_contents(https://api.unlimited-elements.com/index.php): failed to open stream: operation failed

but i still don't understand what's going on...Do you have any suggestion?

I have the exact same issue. My hosting provider seems to be confused about API Access, is there specific instructions that I can give them to allow this API access, or is there a way for me to do it myself?

Hi, this is a response that I got from my host now, but not sure what to do.

You can do this from the WordPress admin dashboard of your website. Simply go to the plugins page and search it by name. Once the plugin has been installed and activated, click on Settings > Disable REST API to head over to the main settings page for the plugin.

So, it seems like the plugin is completely not working for me. Even when i try to install simple button widget, nothing works. Please help.

I spent all day with my host provider, and they couldn't help.
