When I first inserted <br> tags they got replaced with "n".
After I deleted the ns and put in <br> tags again, it worked in the backend slide edit screen but not in the backend preview modal and not in the frontend.
most of the chances that you have some plugin that convert html on output. you can open a ticket, give ftp access and joomla access to check, but if we find that it's from another plugin you'll need to find it and deactivate it by yourself.
Hi I am having a strange issue I haven `t seen before (Using Revolution slider in Joomla 3.3.6 for the first time)
when I try to style text layer with I am getting the letter 'n' insered where I am trying to put <p> or <br/>
any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated
please give me backend access and tell me which slide is problematic i will connect and chk.

ok - very strange - it is doing it again - see attached screen shot
hmm very strange - exactly like last time - I left the slide alone for a day, then went in & edited the 'n's out - and this time they stayed out
it is like there is some sort of time lapse between when I install / add the slide & when the lide starts working properly
this is a new install of joomla 3 with only the revolution slider & a couple form components installed, no other non native plugins
