I am working on a Dynamic Template Grid. I have selected Custom Posts and want to pull info from my "Customers" post list I built. The Customers list has a list of services each customer subscribes to, these services are built using Advanced Custom Fields. Specifically the True/False field where that customer has that service or they don't.
I have selected the Posts Source: Custom Posts Post Types: Customer Include By: IDs from Dynamic Field Include Posts by Dynamic Field: ACF / ACF Field - and I select the specific field I want to select. However, the customers that are then displayed in the grid do not actually match this criteria.
It does not seem as though it gives me the option to determine the conditions of the field I set. But it equally seems to be selecting only certain matches and I cannot determine what the criteria is for that match. In my instance, I would want to say "If USAS Classic is True, include them."
Is there something I am doing wrong with my setup or is this a limitation of that element?

With your info I've managed to select those customers that subscribe to a certain service.
As this will be a master ongoing customer list, it will include potential inactive customers. I have a second true/false flag on the record to indicate if they are active or not. I was hoping to use the Exclude By function and filte yet again on meta key. I don't see Post Meta as an option on Exclude By list?
That works great. I pushed it into our dev environment. I assume it will be pushed out through the official release and that would be the the means to get it into our production environment?
I've a similar challange on my website project, I'd like to have a dynamic post query, so that you select within the acf fields by the field type "post objects" the different posts which should be then displayed on the post query on single pages.
I found one more item within this dynamic content and wondering if a fix could be made? Here are the details:

In this instance, I'm working with the Image Zoom Content Box widget. When I enable the option to open the link in a new windows (tab), the target value is set to "blank." As a result, for some of our projects, when clicking the link it does open in a new tab, but opening any subsequent links, they too open in that same new tab as opposed to new tabs for each link clicked. If the value were set to "_blank" that would open all links in a new tab. I can't seem to find a way to override that in the html edit functions of the widget or in the Custom Attributes option. Would that be something that could be fixed?
