Für die Unite Slider Administrator Komponenete steht das Update 5.0.17 zur Verfügung. Installiert ist die Version 5.0.16.
Beim Update kommt folgende Fehlermedlung: "Die Datei konnte nicht entpackt werden: index.php_option_com_unitecp_task_download_name_unite-revolution-slider"
Wie kann ich diesen Fehler beheben? Ich nutze Joomla! 3.10.4
Hello Igor, thanks for the answer. I am using a template that only supports version 5.0.16. I now have to purchase my own license for the update. This is not a problem. But then I need an invoice in euros and tax. Is that possible? Greetings Christine
I think it is important that if they do an update for Joomla 4.x since a lot of sites use that component and it would be a shame to have to uninstall it.
The installed component for Joomla 3.x appears in the list of updates and always sends to the wrong address and this makes us as a customer not very favorable impression.
It would be good if they made the arrangements so that it can be updated in Joomla 3.x (so that the error does not continue to appear in Joomla 3.x) and it can also be updated for Joomla 4.x, there are many clients that DO use it.
I attach the erroneous code where the update directs us in Joomla 3.x

HI,
the downloaded file is not correct
Please try to download the latest version again. You need to receive ZIP file and what you get is not ZIP file as far as I can see

Igor
