I am having issues since I updated to the latest version of the component (4.6). I have all three versions of the videos set up, and up till the update it worked fine on all browsers except IE (9, 10 or 11). I did the update because I saw your reply to someone else who was having problems in I.E to try that, and now it doesn't work in any browser. The video starts to play and then the screen goes grey, but the sound keeps playing.
I'm sorry, I check the tickets one a day, and now the ftp is locked again. Please unlock it for 2 days more so I could login tomorrow morning and try to figure out the issue.
It will be open for the next 5 days - just let me know when you have finished so we can close it again. It was working on most browsers with previous version, but not in I.E.
Hi, I figured it out. You need to remove the slide with the video and add empty slide again, and select the video files again. Then when the slide will be resaved from new with the new version of the slider it will work.
oh dear, I'll have to get back to you - the site has crashed. I deleted an old video slide and created a new one, it worked in firefox, but when I made a change - adding a new layer - the site came up with an error message and I can't get into the front or backend!. I think I will have to restore the last backup.
