Hi. Your slider is old version. If you b ought it within some template, please write the template providers that they change the slider version to oldest and then the issue will be solved.
alternatevely you can buy the latest version of the slider from unitecms.net website, install it in your website and check if it solved. We can't provide support to any version that is not latest, because we fix bugs then make update, and don't want to fix those bugs again.

please put more than one picture and make sure you are using the latest version . it should work out

Yea, I hope so too. Anyway, the template providers are responsible about all the elements of the template including the sliders.
