I've read & re-read all the documentation on transitions and timing but am still rather lost as to why I can NEVER easily get my timings to work with lines of text on a slide. It's for a church site & displays a bible verse (line by line). The attached image is the layers, timing & sorting panel. So going down the list I've then put transition times in as 1) - 1500ms, 2) 4000, 3) 6000, 4) 8000, 5) 10000, and 6) 11500. But while the first 3 lines come in perfectly as I want, the 4th barely gets halfway across the slide before it and everything else after it disappears as the slide refreshes. I've no "End transition" time (i.e. it's left at 300)
Can you perhaps spot the problem and/or provide a bit more info on how these timings work as it's a regular frustration for me every week trying to figure them out?
PS - the site given is our test site hence other items may not be finished (just in case anyone wonders at the disorder in parts) :)
Hi Igor -thanks for such a speedy response. But nope, didn't even know there was such a setting :). I've never used a slider of this type before & it's literally taken me months to figure out how to mostly just by trial & error, but I just can't seem to figure out the various timings without taking ages playing about with them. BUT all good for rattling my one working brain cell LOL!

Hi,
did you configure or change the following parameter in the Slider settings?
That parameter represents the overall time one slide can stay on the screen

Igor
