    Hi,

    we use Unite Slider 5.0.16. AFAIK it's the latest Release of Unite Slider.
    We have been installed the slider in several Joomla sites and all show that an update is available but we do have the latest version installed. I want to get rid of this annoying message.

    I had a look in the sources and it seems that the version number is correct in all places. Where can I change a piece of code to get rid of the message?

    I am not sure to understand where do you see this update notification

    Can you please provide a screenshot of the area?

    Nothing happens. It's still unknown. It's the same problem on ALL Joomla installations where Uniteslider is used.

    Hi,

    well, in that case, I believe you can just ignore it. Unite slider is not using Joomla update manager for the updates so you can't update it that way at all

    Yeah, that's right. BUT...the message that there's an update is simply annoying. I want to get rid of this message.
    It seems there is a problem for Joomla to read the version number of the extension and that's the whole problem.

    Hi,

    you can try to remove Unite slider update from Update sites in Joomla Extension manager
