The Slider works fine on its own on a page but when I put other components or plug ins on the page as well the Slider seems to stop working.
This is the message it displays
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.To fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
It therefore seems like there may be a fix but I cannot locate this section in the Slider Settings called 'Troubleshooting' as there does not seem to be a section called Troubleshooting. Maybe I am reading the message incorrectly.
The problem occurred when using the Slider with an instance of an Image Display Gallery on the same page.
Any help appreciated. On the whole i would have to say that I well pleased with the Slider when used on its own.
send me a link and backend access. i will try to help you .
Amit - thanks. Site is localhost in development at the moment but because this issue is likely to occur many times as I am likely to encounter this issue again and again throughout many sites i would appreciate it if i could have some written instruction rather than someone just solve it for me and i learn nothing from it. I could backup a site as a demonstration of the issue and put it in my Offsite Files but again I feel that I need written instruction about how to solve the issue so i can apply it in other scenarios. How shall we proceed?
every website is diffrent. this error can only occur if u have another extension running jquery .
to solve it you can or disable the other module.
or install a plugin called jquery easy which solves jquery conflicts.
take in mind that if u upload the website to a real server we can help you more .
