I bought this component a long time ago I understand I have the latest version 5.0.16. A strange thing happens to me. In practice adding a new slide and inserting some text the font of my choice I see it in backend but not in front end even if I try to clear the browser cache. Moreover in this site I can't select the text while in my personal site you can see it from the links I wrote below. why thank you? (the template is the same)
thanks for the answer, but actually I also did some tests by clearing both the site cache and the browser cache and it didn't work. Also, could you tell me if the items you are referring to are these attachments in the screenshot and if they are not, could you kindly tell me what they are?
I don't know why it doesn't show this behavior on second site but this just confirms my suggestion that the issue is with some CSS on the site and not the extension itself
You will have to debug this using developer tools and find out which CSS style of the template is overriding your CSS in the slider

Hi,
if you have some kind of caching enabled on the site, you won't see the changes immediately, even if you clear your browser cache
You can't select text on the slider because your other elemenrts on the page are having higher hierarcy in HTML layers

it is also possible that your Joomla template is overriding CSS classes which are used in the slider elements so you might want to check this
