Can you tell me how to add a link for each image on Swipe Css Carousel Widget?

Would like to use the widget, because it is smoother than justified image carousel.

I'm sorry, didn't exact what I mean before. What I need are below condition:

1. Actually I like to using justified image carousel. Because I can adjust each picture and we can click and direct to another web page.
2. But, for swipe style, feel on movement, I like the swipe css carousel. Because, when we swipe to the left or right, the picture not stop per picture area. The swipe css carousel is so smooth, it let us choose where we want to stop.

Can you help me to modify the justified image carousel so that it can swipe smoothly like css carousel? Please check the comparation video below.
