Just putting together notes from yesterday's Wordpress Meetup .. 22 people attended. I was the feature presenter and I demonstrated BLOX. Most people liked the interface and the flexibility with CSS.
Everybody (22 out of 22) said the "paragraph" interface was terrible. A developer will spend about 60% - 70% of his/her time adding content through the "paragraph" tool pane. Below is a summary of the comments ...
1) Complete lack of editing tools as compared to Divi and others.
2) Almost impossible to size the "paragraph" tool pane and no way to set it to a standard size. Every time you change to the "paragraph" tool pane you have to go through the frustrating exercise of resizing.
3) Most individuals did not like the excessive requirement to use CSS to style the paragraphs. Maybe there are ways around this and I would appreciate it if you would point me in that direction.
