Hello, I have installed the Revolution Slider and it works fine on the screen but the images don't appear on tablets and on mobile phones. I see the slider but only a gray box. I can even see the time bar on top moving. I saw in another ticket that you suggested to use the jquery easy. I did that but still no images. Any ideas?
Hi, unfortunatelly I don't have android phone or tablet to check. I have checked it on ipad and it works well on it. If you want, you can give me ftp access, I'll isolate the slider from your other html/css and you check it on andoid (the page that I'll make).
If it will work there, the reason is that you have some js bug on android.
but, can you pelase check again on another phone, because it's not logical that on android only the images not visible.
Thank you Amit, the Website isn't online yet, there is no way to get backend Access because of a Firewall that i can't modify. Could you tell me what to do for solving the jquery conflict?

Anyway, please give me ftp access, I'll isolate the slider from another html/css of yours and you'll check it isolated version and tell me if there is a difference. The spinner not always needed, when the images are loaded right away the spinner doesn't show up.

Same here on IOS7 Devices. There is only the Background and the spinner.
odi ur problem is diffrent u have jquery conflict please provide a link and backend access in a seprate private ticket
