We are using Unite Slider and it is great However suddenly it stopped showing the slides in Internet Explorer in frontend It just shows a big grey box where the pictures normally are... It works in Chrome and Firefox.....
Maybe it is due to an update of Joomla version? We have not made changes to the site other than updated Joomla's version So where an unclosed tag should come from we don't know
Really strange - usually works fine and then one day not anymore .... Do you have any suggestions to what I should look for exactly? :)
as said, look for any unclosed HTML element. The easiest way to debug this is to publish module on some empty Joomla page so you can have only slider available. That way, you will see if it is the slider or some other content

IE is very restrictive to the errors in the HTML source code. Any unclosed tag can create a havoc
Please check your website source code and fix any found error
