When using the instagram widget, I am trying to add user @om_shanti_yogastudio but the widget keeps showing results for a similar instagram handle @omshanti.yogastudio these are two different accounts. How can I get the widget to display the correct user.

So no solution?

Can you raise a ticket with Instagram? This should be fixed? It’s a pretty bad bug. 

Is there another way we can identify user in this widget?

It's fixed! It's working now for some reason. But now a new problem. It is showing the followers as 0 when it is over 300.

I tested on another site I use your widget on and its the same problem

I use the widget on this page as well and it is also saying 0 followers when over 300.

I fixed it. 

I just deleted   <span>{{instagram.num_followers}} Folowers</span> from the widget and now it is working.

I think this is only now available to paid users. I will see if upgrading it later on fixes it.
