After editing a style and saving it as new, the text on my slide doesn't display the text or box correctly on the home page. It does display correctly in the component. Please see attached back end and live home page images. I'm using 4.3.8 on Joomla 3.2.3
Hi, please give me your joomla backend access and give me a link to the front end slider, and tell me what caption is about, I'll compare the backend and the front end and check.
It's have been writen every time the captions is updated or the slide is updated.
In your case this file is not rewriten. It could be happened because you don't have write permissions for this file or from some other reason that I don't know.
Anyway, could you please try to delete this file and check if it's generated again on slide change? You can also try to set a write permissions to this file, and see if it's beginning to work.
If those not helps, please give me ftp access in a private response, I'll try to investigate the issue.
