Is ist possible to have another video source than youtube or vimeo for a video carousel or just a video add on element? My videos are on my webspace and not on youtube or vimeo and I don´t want to use these plattforms. I just want rto paste an URL which links to my Video and an image to show in the carousel or video addon.
so it is not possible to publish a video, e.g. mp4 from my webspace (via link) or in the blox media via an addon? The only way could be a html addon to embed the file?
I can´t understand that. If you don´t want video files in your media library, is it not in the bounds of possibility to enhance the existing YouTube Video addon with the option or capability to enter an URL where the video file is stored on a webspace? I can´t believe, that only the Youtube vimeo option is a practical solution for you, it is definitely not, if you want to use the video addon or a video carousel and your videos are not on YT... If you use images addon you are able to insert an URL for the image/grafic, so why should this not possible for videos? We still do not want to upload the videos on Youtub or vimeo, especially, when the pages are used in a closed environment without access to the internet...
