    I can see that the support team has not responded to any support requests. 

    I know they are a very smart, and usually offer outstanding support.

    I have spent the last few days doing allot of testing with the Unite Revolution Slider, and the Showbiz Responsive Carousel as neither of them worked on any of my sites.

    If you have not updated to Joomla 3.3 yet, then you are probably fine with the Unite Revolution Slider, however the Showbiz Responsive Carousel is not working in any version of Joomla 3.2+

    I was able to get a fix for the Unite Revolution Slider by using the old 2.2.8 version. I now have that working as expected on a Joomla 3.3 site.

    Unfortunately I have no fix for the Showbiz Responsive Carousel and would expect the unitecms team is working hard to find a solution.

    I\'m hoping this post will encourage them to give us an official update.

    Hi Jhon. 

    Please open seperate tickets for showbiz and revolution so we can help you . 

    about revolution if you update to the latest version it should work on joomla 3.3 

    about showbiz please attach backend access to the new ticket you open and if you can also ftp access so we can help you with this.

    Hi Amt  Please review this ticket 210063 for the revolution slider and PLEASE read everything carefully.

    The last guy didn't read what I wrote and then never responded back.

    There are allot of posts on there as I went through troubleshooting this myself.

    Unfortunately the only solution was to use revolution 2.8.  

    And FYI revolution does not work at all in 3.3 with the latest update.

    I tried on many sites with all different template and configurations.

    I even turned off every module and plugin with no success.

    I'm not new to Joomla or your component.

    It does work on Joomla 3.2.

    I will open a new ticket for showbiz

    Hi Jhon revolution works with 3.3 and this is for a fact since we have thousands of users literally using it with 3.3 .

    Your site has a specific problem and i see that it is assigned to the correct support member. 

    Response time is up to 48 hours even though we try to answer live if we can as i am answering you now. 

    since you have a specific problem it takes more time. 

    Each time you write in your ticket you are pushing it to be the last in the que. And you have written many comments pusing it to be last in que each time.

    i have no way to push it up . 

    this is a automated system. each time you write in a ticket it pushs you as a new ticket.

    Well there must be something.  I offered him a very detailed explanation of how to replicate the issue, and he didn't read it.

    This dose not seem very fair at all. Please look at my original post and his response.

    I can't leave a top module on my live home page broken for days.  This is why I gave him instructions to turn the module on first.

    Please escalate this to someone that can help me or read through everything and assist me.

    I will be here all day and respond instantly to any update or request.

    Hi, Max answered me, but he didn't read anything I wrote.

    The previous post says I installed and am using 2.2.8 so my client would be happy.

    He wrote me just now saying, I see everything is fine.  This has gone on for 4 days now.

    3.3 is not working as you can see from my posts.  Please tell Max to get 3.3 working on my site.

    He has everything he needs.  I have all the work anyone would expect to try to fix myself.

    Someone please help me with this. Please.

    hi Jhon since there are so many misunderstandings between us and i believe we are both very busy people.

    what i suggest is that we refund you and you uninstall the module and components from your website.

    If you choose this options please send us your paypal email and date of purchase thank you.
