The Image Hover Bubba Effect is exactly what I am looking for in my site (currently on maintenance mode otherwise I'd attach the URL). However, when I enter a link for the widget, nothing happens with a click event.
I have tried with multiple urls, in multiple browsers, and it seems the click does not register. When I look at the widget html the javascript is blank. I have tried my own with no luck.

Like I said, I don't have a link. My site is not published.
You can find it in the widgets directory. It is called the "Image Hover Bubba Effect" but it is not under image hover effects it is under banner.

"The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed."
Do I need to uninstall anything first?
you need to import it in the plugin using import button - not to install it as a wordpress plugin
its not a plugin its a widget
