The video doesnt load fullscreen, it leaves a gray area on each side (left and right). The image loads first fullscren then changes. What can I dot to fix this?
Hi, in your case I don't think it's posible because the player of the video player is stretched up, but the video player plays the video with preserved ratio.
If you change ratio it doesn't help you because it won't feet every screen, the full width video it means that every client will have his width, and for some of the clients the video will be with borders anyway, no metter what ratio you put.

Do I have to change te ratio of the video? Or do I change the setting in the ratio ?
